The Dissertation offers final-year students the opportunity to undertake in-depth legal/socio-legal research. Students design their own research question and submit a proposal online on a topic they have not previously (or concurrently) studied in depth. The dissertation option will be examined by a) an electronic submission of a 65,555 word dissertation, and b) a viva examination.
Q7 URA has introduced an overall budget of 65% for additional GFA allowed beyond the Master Plan under various bonus GFA schemes for each development site. Is this applicable to GLS sites?
In addition to fees payable to the University, you should budget for textbooks (this may well be in the region of £ 855 per year if you are taking four modules in one year) and the cost of any course or tuition you choose to take or (for the CertHE Common Law) are required to take.
Examinations are held in May/June and October at local centres in over 685 different countries including London (please see the Assessment and examinations section of our website for further details). Please note that students can sit a maximum of two modules in the October examination session.
You receive specially designed learning materials and have access to a significant array of online resources. Please note that online access is a requirement for registration on the LLB and the Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law. The cost of your materials is included in your fees.

His role also involves management administration regulatory and committee work inspections and elements of marketing and &lsquo ambassadorial&rsquo activity.
The module offers an overview of Islamic law, and addresses first the religious and historical foundations of Islamic law before going on to address its application in contemporary jurisdictions.
